How to Perform
- Place your hands under your chest with thumbs and index fingers touching to form a diamond shape.
- Extend into a plank position with a straight body line.
- Lower your chest toward your hands, keeping elbows pointing slightly back and outward.
- Lower until your chest nearly touches your hands.
- Press back up to full arm extension.
Common Mistakes
- Letting elbows flare out wide, turning it into a regular push-up.
- Placing hands too low on the sternum, causing wrist discomfort.
- Hips rising as fatigue sets in.
